Five astronauts discover an unknown city filled with "cat women" when they make an expedition to the dark side of the moon. These beautiful women all wear leotards and appear to be harmless, but on deeper investigation, the team of men determines that the leader of the cat women, Alpha (Carol Brewster), has telepathic abilities. Once Alpha forces the unwilling astronauts to work for her, it appears that one sole caring woman is their last hope.
Trivia: Director Arthur Hilton was nominated for the Best Editing Oscar in 1947 for the 1946 film noir flick, The Killers. Actress Marie Windsor (Helen Salinger) was Miss Utah 1939, she starred in so many B-Movies that she was known as The Queen of the Bs.
